Photo’s

Arch may look different from photo to photo or video to video.  He has shed a few pounds…  Big or Small Arch does it all!

A lot of the Photos on this page were taken by “Rose” from CR Photo’s.  We noticed one day how Rose would wait for someone to repeat a movement or motion, while they were into the music – the sheer patients of it all was astounding.  We always thought (after watching him set up and take what seemed like a million photos) that we would have too many photos.  So we asked him about the process.  “I have to see the exact moment that my subject is feeling the music”.   Rose went on…   “The person looking at the photo can’t hear the music – so I have to capture the music on each persons face and in their movements.”  Arch thinks Rose does just that!

It may seem that Roses only subject matter is woman…  Well it’s true ’cause the girls always are on the dance floor!  Arch’s demographics are 25 and up, female.  90% of the dance floor…will be women …  So you’ll see some amazing shots of people having fun with music!

All of the Photos in this section were taken on the same night… It wasn’t a Holiday or a special occasion.  It was just a normal weekend night, Filled with Music!

…and as you can see everyone had a ton of fun getting into Arch’s Music!

Club 15C and Arch along with the COS Fire Department teamed up to provide kids with a unique Christmas Party called “Hooks & Ladders”!  The idea was to have LIVE music at a roller skating party, where parents didn’t have to worry about life for a night.  Parent’s struggling with providing for their kids and the extra pressure of the Holiday thrown in…  15C Sponsored the event – contacting toy manufactures – renting the rink – buying the food  – Arch providing the Music – Firefighters skating with the kids – showing them the trucks and equipment and handing out Christmas presents to every child who attended.

You Are Invited to the Party!

“Psychotic” Song from the       Time for the Wingman DVD – photo outtake.

Time for the Wingman a Music Film release party was at a comic shop.  There were 4 showings of the 35 minute film.  Popcorn and candy were served and a “Psychotic” good time was had by all!  Part of the “Psychotic” set was used as a photo op for the patrons… As many as 1 in 5…

One of these people could  be… a little more, um… certifiably , ahh…

… you know, crazier than the other.

Or, they could be your Wingman!

You just never know for sure.

The Music Film started out as one song, “I’m Fu<king Bat Man”.  It morphed into a much bigger message.  A message that took over two years to develop and realize…

Getting the message across and out became a compulsion.  What makes the everyday Hero do what they do?  This is Arch Hooks’ take on what makes up a Hero.  A dark, introspective, amusing, unnerving, provocative, journey with a friend.  Follow Arch as he shows you both sides of the coin.

Since there are no photo’s (that we know of) from Arch’s CD release of Piano Talk at Media Play or Tony’s Downtown (COS).  However, we did find one from the recording studio.  Ironic that it’s a picture of Arch playing the guitar… on Piano Talk

A little something sent to Arch by a fan… …Interesting…
